Wonderful place to spent quality time with family & Friends
• First & foremost the property looks the same as how it looks in their website.
• Very well maintained property with decent rooms for all size of families which is surrounded with nature .
• Decent amenities like a small indoor play room, very well maintained Swimming Pool with jacuzzi, artificial Pond with pedal boats
• Food is very good, most importantly no harm to any one starting from 5 years kids to 65 years mom after having 6 time meals in 2 days
• Very friendly/courteous staffs, we could able to checkout with the same feel when checked in which is rare in most of these kind of resorts, as most of them will change the colours at the time of check out since their business is over, hope TEAM IBADAT will maintain this attitude & give this same experience even in their busy time in future.
Area of improvement to provide more delight to customers.
• Need to maintain to serve the food in hot condition which will further increase the taste.
• Starting time for Breakfast is at 9:30 which could have been earlier since it is too late for an average Mumbaikars.
• Pure Veg is good, but those who prefer Non Veg would be challenge.
• Need to prepare to arrest the water splash on rainy days as water came inside room when there is heavy rain.
• Well maintained pool however excess of chemical/chlorine on day 2 had given eye/skin irritation for all us which could have been avoided.
• Hot water would be challenge in Winter as the instant heaters are not sufficient to provide that much of hot water, IBADAT shall explore for storage heater or solar powered heaters.
• Cycles are pretty new but not maintained properly so that it is not smooth enough to have ride which could have been taken care.
Nevertheless Overall it was a wonderful experience as we a group of 17 enjoyed the 2 days in the resort.
Those who want spend quality time in nature this is the best place within 3 HRS drive from city without any crowd/rush as nothing much to explore nearby , so Eat /Swim/Play/Sleep/Repeat
